On President’s Day, February 20, I had the distinct pleasure of appearing on the Hotline Talk Show for KNPT Radio in Newport, Oregon. I spent an hour chatting with radio host Cheri Brubaker about a wide variety of genealogy topics, from getting started with family history to doing DNA research – and lots of things in between. The interview also covered how I got started creating The Family History Guide, the local FamilySearch centers in Lincoln County, Oregon, and the upcoming RootsTech 2023 conference – the largest one of its kind in the world.
