For a number of years, we have had Select Language buttons for Google Translate on the website. This allows you to translate the site into any of the 100 or so languages that Google Translate supports.

Recently there has been an issue on the site with the buttons not always behaving reliably. Sometimes they were switching to horizontal view instead of the vertical dropdown, making it harder to scroll. And sometimes the buttons simply disappeared from the page.

It turns out it was a coding problem on our end, and we have provided a fix. Now the Select Language dropdown buttons appear and work more consistently, allowing for easier language translation in The Family History Guide. Thanks for your patience!
