Ancestry.com has been busy with new features and site changes recently, so we have likewise updated our Ancestry pages in The Family History Guide. Below is a list of some of the updates we’ve made on our website, by Project, Goal and Choice. The corresponding entries in the Word Tracker files and the Online Tracker have also been updated.

Project 1 – Get Started

Goal 1: Choose an Ancestry Account and start your tree.

• Choices D and E – Updated the account reference to “Church of Jesus Christ-Ancestry Account”.
• Choice E – Eliminated extra steps that are already in the linked article.

Goal 2: Customize Profile and Site Settings.

• Choice A – Added subheadings and updated steps for several of the profile settings.
• Choices F and G are moved to new Goal 4

Goal 4: Trees and Settings (new Goal)

• Choices F and G from Goal 2 are now Choices A and B here.
• Added Choice C: Access other trees and tools.
