A few weeks ago, we introduced Resource Stars in The Family History Guide (see this blog post from October 6). When you’re logged in to the Online Tracker, you can fill in a star for each article you have read or video you have watched in The Family History Guide.

We’ve decided to take it a step further … Resource Stars are now available in the Vault. That involved a major reformat of the Vault page: the four-column tables have been replaced with single lists of article and video links, each with a star to click and an icon. Here’s a sample screen shot:

Other Notes

• A reference number (green circle) is provided for each category in the vault, to make navigation a bit easier.
• A number of “Vault links” have been added to Choices in The Family History Guide. These go directly to the  the section in the Vault that applies to the Choice.
• The change from tables to single lists makes it easier to view the Vault links on mobile devices. No side scrolling is needed to see additional entries.
