2026-06-16 Exploring Canadian Census Records: One of the best ways to find and track your recent Canadian ancestors is through census records. In Canada, national censuses have been conducted from 1851 to 1921, and some regional censuses are available from 1825 to 1926. In Goal 3 of the Canada country page you'll find QUIKLinks to all these census records, plus resources that include articles and videos, worksheets, and more, to help you with your Canadian research.
