Choices


A Change your site account settings as needed.


  1. Click My Account (upper right).
  2. To set your account details, select Personal details and fill in the fields as desired. Then click Update details.
  3. To change your email address,
    a) Click My Account;
    b) Select Security Settings;
    c) Select Update email;
    d) Enter your email twice then click Update email.
  4. To update your username or password for Findmypast, select Security settings and make the changes.
  5. To update your communications preferences, select Communication preferences and fill in the fields.
  6. To see your subscription information, select My subscription.
  7. If you have saved one or more records searches for your tree, click My Research (top menu) and select Saved searches. You can see the date each search was saved, as well as the results counts for each.
  8. If you have saved one or more records searches across other Findmypast trees, click Saved tree searches. You can see the date each search was saved, as well as the results counts for each.
  9. To sign out of Findmypast select Log out.
